Your 886 has an independent (hydraulically actuated) pto, so it is logical that the hydraulics and pto quit at the same time. Check to hydraulic fluid level & change fluid & filter. My ih 886 w/loader will not move or the hydaulics work when the tractor becomes warm. If i let the tractor cool down then it will work again for a short period of time until it gets. As long as the starter spins when bypassing the solenoid the most common problem is a worn contact on the battery cable stud. Remove the cable from the solenoid.
